Founded in 2003, Zhejiang Huadian Lightning Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive high-tech enterprise integrating science, industry and trading, engaged in the production of lightning protection and grounding materials as well as the construction of difficult lightning protection & grounding projects. The company takes the lead in the R&D and production of new lightning protection & grounding materials in China, completely changing the situation of heavily depending on the importation of long-life (more than 50 years) grounding materials, and has many inventions recognized in China or in the world.
In 2009, the company established the sole grounding material research institute and postdoctoral workstation in China by cooperating with Zhejiang University of Technology, engaged in the R&D of grounding materials and lightning protection technology. In addition, the company and Nanchang Institute of Meteorology established a grounding research and experiment base to offer reliable solutions which have been implemented for difficult grounding projects in China.

Copper bonded Ground rod
Copper bonded ground rod is cast through an electrolytic process, to 99.9% copper molecules evenly covering the steel core. It is very uniform copper layer and the thickness of 0.254mm or more. Products that have conductive properties of copper and have the tensile strength of steel. Since the copper layer and the steel material is a binding molecule, the copper layer is not easily peeled off, and will not crack when bent in operation.

Exothermic welding flux
Huadian exothermic welding materials is to melt the metal conductor through the high temperature produced by the oxidized metals in the reductive flux during the exothermic reducing reaction. This series of products include exothermic welding moulds, mould Handle clamp, exothermic welding flux and supporting operation Tool kit, which have been successfully developed by Zhejiang Huadian and have passed the tests conducted by some national authoritative testing institutions, such as UL, CE.
*Good mechanical performance
Solder joint non-surface joint, there is no residual stress, permanent joints, good tensile strength and other mechanical properties.
*Strong current load capacity
Solder joints and metal conductors are molecular binding. The solder joint current carrying capacity equal to conductor and it have good conductive properties. DC resistivity change close to zero after the welding point.
*Resistant to large repeated current
Solder joints ’melting point is equivalent to the conductor, can withstand repetitive high current (fault) the impact, the joint no fuse phenomenon.
*Strong anti-corrosion capacity
The copper bind and cover with the conductor closely, isolation protection from the joint, and thus greatly enhance the corrosion resistance of the conductor.

Ground Copper Busbar
Copper busbar using T2 pure copper as the main material for multi-wire connection provides a centralized location. It can be installed in the tower, indoor and outdoor base stations, and any other requirements for grounding place. It is strictly in accordance with the relevant IEC standard production of products for all types of terminal lugs, after surface treatment, good conductivity, no contact surface oxidation, to ensure a reliable electrical conductivity. The product is reasonable overall design, using standard insulators supporting and equipped with steel support, and finally fix in the desired position with expansion screws.
